The Ontario Nursing Connection (ONC) is led by researchers from University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) and York University  with support from a number of provincial and national partners. The Primary Investigators are Sue Coffey and Charles Anyinam.

This website aims to:

1. Recruit potential nurses to the profession
2. Support new or new-to-Ontario nurses to transition to practice
3. Provide nurses in practice with access to mentorship throughout their careers
4. Foster development of nurse mentors
5. Role model Interprofessional collaboration amongst health teams
6. Build leadership capacity in nursing in Ontario
