Mentorship
Mentoring is a dynamic, shared relationship where both parties learn and grow together.
Mentees benefit in finding support and building confidence. For nursing students, new nursing graduates, and nurses in transition, the opportunity to work with a mentor can have a powerful impact on career success.
Nurse mentors often describe benefiting from the relationship as well. While furthering their own learning and professional practice, mentors are able to make a difference in the professional lives of the next generation of nurses!
At the ONC, mentors and mentees are able to find a match, identify goals, and create plans for professional development – all in just an hour or two of weekly on-line interaction!

involvement in the mentorship program, or as a reference for those
already participating.
